Hi Fin Snapper The Hi Fin Snapper, also known as the Treadfin, Majestic or Sailfin Snapper is an extremely fast growing fish that can grow to 2' in length and requires plenty of room to swim. Its appearance will change with age and the black lateral body stripe will change to a yellow body with a series blue lines. Due to its long fins, it may get picked on by aggressive fish. This is a shy species and requires plenty of hiding areas to feel secure.
